Packaging decides how a botanical arrives. Aroma, colour and moisture content all move during transit, so we choose packing material and format to suit the product and the journey.

Bulk packing

• PP / HDPE woven bags with inner food-grade liner, typically 25 kg and 50 kg.
• Multi-wall paper bags for products where a plastic liner is not wanted.
• Jute bags for traditional commodities and for buyers who prefer natural packaging.
• Cartons and drums for gums, resins and high-value extracts.

Private label and retail packing

• Retail pouches, jars and cartons packed to your artwork and net weight.
• Bilingual and market-specific labelling as required by the destination country.
• Barcode and batch coding applied at packing.

Export packing

Export consignments are palletised, shrink-wrapped and strapped, with container loading planned to keep weight distributed and to avoid crushing. Every carton carries the product name, lot number, net and gross weight, and the country of origin.

Labelling details

Marking includes lot number, net weight, gross weight, botanical name where applicable, country of origin, and any buyer-specific marks or shipping marks. Tell us the labelling requirement at the quotation stage so it can be built into the packing plan rather than corrected later.
