Infrastructure
Sourcing, processing and warehousing built around botanical commodities
Our processing and warehousing setup is organised around cleaning, grading, drying and safe storage of herbs and agricultural commodities.
Botanical commodities are bulky, moisture sensitive and seasonal. Our infrastructure is organised around those three realities — efficient handling, controlled drying and storage that protects the lot until it ships.
Processing area
- Cleaning and de-stoning lines for roots, seeds, leaves and flowers.
- Grading and sieving to buyer-specified mesh and cut sizes.
- Shade and mechanical drying to bring moisture within the agreed range.
- Dedicated handling for gums and resins, which need different temperature and packaging care.
Warehousing
- Airy, elevated, pest-controlled storage with stock rotated on a first-in, first-out basis.
- Separate bays for incoming material, material awaiting quality clearance and finished lots ready for dispatch.
- Lot marking so a consignment can be traced back to its purchase and processing batch.
Handling and dispatch
Material is moved in food-grade packaging and loaded to protect against moisture in transit. We palletise and strap consignments for container loading, and we work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to keep documentation aligned with the shipment.
Sourcing network
Our buying network reaches growing and collection regions across India. Spreading sourcing across regions reduces the risk that a poor local season disrupts a buyer's supply, and it lets us match a buyer's preferred origin when that matters for the end product.
